T - Trailer

Choose the dimensions of your tiny house base.

WIDTH

  • 3m wide to maximise space

  • 2.5m wide for an easy to tow tiny house on wheels

LENGTH

  • Up to 7.5m long, your finished tiny house could be kept under 3.5T, making it more affordable and easy to tow yourself.

  • Over 7.5m long, you may need a contractor to move your fully finished tiny house.

F- Framing

  1. Select the shape of your roof, pitch and type (ie: Gable roof, mono pitch…)

  2. Select your window and door placements, size and design.

W- Weathertight

  1. Choose your roofing type (corrugate or trapezoidal) and Colour from the ColourSteel range.

  2. Choose your cladding type.

    a) Match your cladding to your roofing, using the same ColourSteel material for a quick and cost efficient option.

    b) Opt for a wooden cladding for a premium finish.

  3. Windows/doors and rood-window

    a) Aluminium joinery for a maintenance free and cost efficient option.

    b) Wooden joinery for a premium finish.

    c) Add a roof window to your mezzanine for extra ventilation and lighting.
